Bouldering – How to Use
- Fill out a Bouldering Usage Form at the main reception desk.
- Submit the form and your registration card, then pay the usage fee.
- Attach the wristband in a visible location, then begin your session.
- When leaving, collect your registration card at the main reception desk.
- Bouldering is a sport performed at heights where the risk of falling can be controlled without a rope (approx. 1–5 m).
- The landing mats do not guarantee safety. Injuries can occur even from low heights.
- Always warm up before climbing and wear appropriate clothing as per the rules.
- Holds may rotate or break due to their nature – please use them with care.
- Accident insurance (Sompo Japan) is available. It is not mandatory; ask staff if interested.
- Entry is refused for members of organized crime groups or antisocial organizations.
- Entry is refused for those who are intoxicated or hungover and unable to use the facility normally.
- Entry is refused for those who are pregnant or feeling unwell.
- Children in 3rd grade or below must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Please keep your eyes on your child.
- Each guardian may supervise up to 2 children.
- Children who are not bouldering must not enter the bouldering area.
- Students in grades 4–6 may use the facility without a guardian, but elementary school students are limited to use until
5:00 PM.
※Until 8:00 PM if accompanied by a guardian. - Guardians share joint responsibility as stipulated in the waiver.
- Always warm up and wear comfortable workout clothing.
- Skirts, sandals, and shoes without heel coverage are not permitted.
- Remove all jewelry and accessories to avoid injury.
- Climbing with overly long nails is dangerous – please check before use.
- Pregnant individuals may not use the facility for safety reasons.
- Use while intoxicated is not permitted.
- Chalk (climbing powder) is not allowed.
- Although thick mats cover the bouldering area, do not rely on them. Descend to a safe height and always land feet-first.
- Check that no people or obstacles are below before descending.
- Never move under someone who is currently climbing.
- Do not rest or sit on the mats.

Closed:Every Monday
Year-end / New Year:Closed December 30 – January 3.
※If Monday falls on a public holiday, the following Tuesday will be closed.
※Additional closures may occur. Please check the website or bulletin board.

※For consecutive use, please pay again at reception. - If you exit the Airu Arena – Wing Hat Kasukabe facility, a new fee applies upon re-entry.
