Notes

  1. The facility fee for individuals, corporations, or other organizations whose address is not in Kasukabe City, Hasuda
    City, Shiraoka City, Miyashiro Town, or Sugito Town shall be twice the standard amount.
  2. The facility fee for holding non-athletic events at indoor sports facilities (excluding the kyudo range) shall be three
    times the standard amount.
  3. The facility fee for using one half of Dojo 1 or Dojo 2 at Kasukabe Civic Martial Arts Hall shall be 50% of the
    standard amount.
