Once the schedule for events and classes has been confirmed, we will announce the registration method on our website and via posters displayed at each facility.

Depending on the program, late participation may be possible.</br>
Some classes allow mid-session join-ins, so please contact us for details.

Some classes and programs are held in single-cycle blocks. Please contact us regarding whether mid-session participation is available.

Refunds are not available for cancellations or absences, but we do ask that you notify us in advance.

Refunds are only available in cases where the event is cancelled due to circumstances on the organizer's side.

The training room at I'll Arena Wing Hat Kasukabe is available for use on the same day. The training room at Showa Gymnasium has scheduled orientation sessions for first-time users, so please check in advance.

The training room is available for users aged junior high school (13 years old) and above. The running track at I'll Arena Wing Hat Kasukabe is available for elementary school students when accompanied by a guardian.

Yes. Paid shower facilities are available in both the men's and women's changing rooms.

Laundry facilities are not available.

This service is available for your use. (Please present your disability certificate.)

Trainers are on-site at I'll Arena Wing Hat Kasukabe. At Showa Gymnasium's training room, instructions are provided during the mandatory first-time orientation session.

The fee is charged per visit regardless of how long you use the facility.

Group discount pricing is not available.

Vending machines are also located near the training room.

Prior confirmation is required if you wish to set up a stall or booth, so please contact us in advance.

You will need to obtain a user registration card for the reservation system in advance (free of charge). For details on how to use the facilities, please refer to the page below.

Please visit a sports facility in person with a valid form of
identification. The time required for the procedure varies by facility.

Please visit our facility and fill in the required information on the registration application form.
Please note that for cancellation procedures, your registration card and ID are required, and for loss procedures, your ID is required.

Residents from outside the city are also welcome to use our facilities.

This is possible, however we generally ask that you use the full facility. As this may vary depending on the facility or location, please check with each facility for more details.

Availability can be checked via computer or smartphone. Inquiries by phone are also available. For usage applications, please visit our counter in person.

Payment can be made at I'll Arena Wing Hat Kasukabe, the
Civic Gymnasium, the Civic Budokan, and Showa Gymnasium.

Reservation cancellations are accepted. Please note that there is a period during which a refund is available, so please check in advance. A visit to the facility is required to apply for a refund. For cancellations of free facilities, only the representative may cancel by phone.

Eligibility for use will be determined by the facility manager or administrator. As this may vary depending on the type of activity, please contact each facility for more details.

Racket and ball rental is not available. Nets and posts provided by the facility are available for use.

We have coin lockers available for same-day use only, with a return-type coin system.

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena or dojo. Please use the spectator seating, lobby, or entrance areas. As this may vary by facility, please contact each facility for more details.

Diaper changing stations are installed in the accessible
(multipurpose) restrooms.

You will need to obtain a user registration card (free of charge) for the reservation system in advance.

The conference rooms have restrictions on their permitted use. Food and beverages are allowed in the large conference room, while the medium conference room is for meetings only. Use by children alone is not permitted.

At I'll Arena and Wing Hat Kasukabe, tables, chairs, whiteboards, lighting, and full-length mirrors (in the large conference room) are included in the usage fee. Projectors and broadcasting equipment (in the large conference room) are available for free rental on a first-come, first-served basis. Air conditioning is available at an additional charge. As the available items vary at other facilities, please contact each facility for more details.

Free Wi-Fi is not available.

Barbecuing is permitted in designated areas.

Some areas are available free of charge, but these are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.

Paper plates, paper cups, and similar items are available for purchase, however food is not sold. At Showa Gymnasium, charcoal is also available for purchase.

Up to 20 people per plot are permitted.

Tent rental is not available.

There are no rubbish bins in the park. Please take all of your rubbish home with you.

Uchimaki Park has a designated disposal area available, however at Residential Park SHOWA, all waste must be taken home with you.

Open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the park, so fireworks are not permitted.

Personal use is permitted. For group use, an application must be submitted in advance.

A flea market may be held only if an application has been submitted in advance and permission has been granted.

Event information is available on our website and on posters at each facility.

Tying ropes or cords to trees is prohibited. Freestanding and portable hammocks may be used.

Applications for the park's open space can be submitted up to 6 months in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of rain, indoor facilities cannot be used, but you are welcome to shelter from the rain on the premises.

Some facilities do not accommodate large buses, so please check in advance.
