Notes
For individuals, corporations, or other organizations that do not have an address in Kasukabe City, Hasuda City, Shiraoka City, Miyashiro Town, or Sugito Town, the facility usage fee will be twice the standard amount.
Persons holding a Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Health and Welfare Certificate are eligible for reduced fees. If you have any questions, please contact the sports facility you wish to use.
